In St Petersburg World Vegan Day celebration starts on October the 31st with the exhibition "Bioethics through Arts". It takes place in a new vegan club, built by fellow vegans at 50/16 Ligovski Prospect Avenue.

The program includes showing the film "A Life Connected" in Russian.
The rock group "Orekhi" ("Nuts") will open an exhibition of artworks done by artists-animal rights activists. Each piece of the exposition will be available for purchase, and all the proceeds will go directly to help shelter animals. Visitors will also get a chance to find a four legged friend among those, who are pictured in the exhibition and need home. The guests will be able to participate in vegan food tasting.
